How do I know if I am eligible for the benefits of Allianz Blue Ribbon programme?
As long as you’re an Allianz Hospital & Surgical medical card holder (either physical or e-medical card, card sample as per below) operated by ACS with granted/approved Guarantee Letter (GL) facility, you will get to enjoy the benefits of Allianz Blue Ribbon programme at the selected hospitals.
Note: This benefit is not applicable to non-covered GL or admission on self-pay basis.

What do I get under “priority admission & discharge” benefit?
Here are the benefits:
Priority admission: Fast admission process upon full issuance of GL.
Priority discharge: Enjoy speed-up discharge without having to wait for your GL to be approved.
Do I still wait for the final GL after being discharged?
Yes, final GL is still required however waiting time is reduced at Allianz Blue Ribbon hospitals.
Do you offer cashless services for outpatient cancer treatment (i.e. radiotherapy?)
Yes, cashless radiotherapy is available for pre-planned cases only, subject to policy terms & conditions.
